About Jewelry and Guaranty

My hand made jewelry is all made by me and most are one-of-a-kind originals. There are some earrings I will duplicate for wedding parties, but I am not interested in mass production of any of my items. I will accept bridal custom orders, but please allow 2 weeks to 3 months depending on what is requested. I do require 50% down and the balance plus shipping due upon completion. Contact me if you are interested in a wedding party package.  Please do not contact me if you want more than 7 pairs of one style of earrings.

All my jewelry is made using great care and checked prior to shipping. It will come in a free gift box wrapped with a matching ribbon. Upon completion of making my pieces, they are carefully inspected, and then coated in a tarnish resistant treatment and stored in airtight plastic bags. What you receive will be new and unused.

Good quality beads and finding are paramount and I use a lot of Swarovski Crystal Elements, Czech glass, semiprecious stones, 14k gold fill or Bali 22k Gold Vermeil and sterling silver. Precious metals of 14k gold fill, silver fill and gold vermeil will all outlast regular sold or silver plating by years as it is 100s of layers of real gold or silver over base metal. I have work 14k gold fill bracelets for years without showing any wear.

Use of tornado crimps, crimp covers, SnapEz jumprings, 49 strand soft flex wire, Wildfire or Fireline thread, and practiced wire wrapping techniques also add to the professional appearance, security and durability of all handmade jewelry.

If something breaks on your jewelry within 60 days of receipt, please contact me to ship it back and have it repaired at no cost. I will return to you refunding your return postage cost.

If something breaks beyond 60 days, or you need it resized, please contact me to return and I will fix or alter at nominal charge and return to you. You will be responsible for shipping costs.

Thank you for stopping and shopping and please contact me if you need something custom made just for you. After all, jewelry is a personal choice, and should be personally designed for you.  Send photos with an email with your ideas to bzoriginals@comcast.net.
